An extensive background of experience is required on the part of our technicians in the Service Department because our product spectrum, including the Nidek units, is widely diversified. Employees with many years experience serve our customers directly with a fast fleet of OCULUS vehicles to help with installation and provide basic instruction, service checks and repairs on-site. This service brings OCULUS full circle: from the idea to the final product to direct contact with the customer.
