As being the first imaging device for analysing corneal biomechanical properties of the cornea and IOP measurement, Corvis® ST attracted worldwide attention since it was introduced. After nearly one year of preparation, Corvis® ST received the CFDA certification for China and therefore the official approval for clinical and scientific research usage.
Due to constant research and development by OCULUS Optikgeräte GmbH, Germany, the software of the Corvis® ST has meanwhile been upgraded. The IOP and corneal thickness measuring functions improved, and measuring and processing speed increased significantly.
With increasing acceptance amongst the ophthalmic community, the OCULUS Corvis® ST opens a new chapter in the analysis and measurement of corneal biomechanical properties and IOP.

More than 2,000 delegates attended the 26th APACRS Annual Meeting. "Pearls from the Orient" was the theme of the meeting at the brand new Suntec City Convention Centre in Singapore last week.
OCULUS presented a bold, colourful booth, and the OCULUS team was dressed just as colourful as the message: "The Power of Colour Topography". Among other devices such as the Pentacam®, Corvis® ST and Binoptometer 4P, OCULUS showed the new Keratograph 5M topographer with its colour camera and magnification changer. These new features offer a lot of additional possibilities beyond conventional topography. Thank you to all of the customers and doctors who visited our booth and took the time to learn the latest news on the OCULUS devices.
OCULUS is looking forward to seeing you at future meetings such as the 27th APACRS in Jaipur, India next year and the ESCRS in Amsterdam in October 2013.
